Moral Awareness
One of the most important matter in making an ethical decision is the moral awareness. Example of this is when voting an officer who will represents your department. Who will you choose? The one you think who is worth of your vote? or The one you who you think will not contribute in making changes and improvements? Because the only thing that we're allowed to do is to believe that we won't regret the choice we made.
